I noticed a lot of guys who applied in Feb got their AOR in mail. I still didnt get AOR in mail and my document was delivered on Feb 18 2015. Its normal or abnormal? Thanks

My application arrived at CIC on Feb 18. I just checked my online status and it showed my application could not be identified using the information I input. What happened, guys? Or do I allow a few more days before it shows up? Thanks
