Hey around what time it was activated?

I renewed my passport because of validity. Emailed scanned copies of new passport. Better to renew now than any delay later, cz I noticed that some people were advised to renew their passport by CIC.

I emailed them twice and both time it took more than 20 days to get reply from CIC.

I emailed CIC on Dec 10th evening. They have my passport since Nov 6th. I believe we will receive our passport in January.
