As you have "Decision Made" status on e-cas, either the PPR email will be delivered anytime soon or they have sent your already. Check your email spam or junk and inbox.. Even you can call CIC at 1-888-242-2100 and ask the agent about that, they might be able to tell you if the PPR email has...
