I also had the same experience when i called there. But one more thing said that wait till you receive the official letter. Then i asked that the response could also be positive, she said yes.

What a pity, it mean that just 350 applications returned unlistened whereas more than 25000 applications were atleast opened and either accepted or rejected.

Could you please share that approximately how many applications CIO received on 30 and 31 Dec?

There is something unusual happening in cic. Its seem very strange that caps of all the categories get full simultaniously just two days before the end date. On other hand they have removed the cap update page from there website. My category's last shown accepted application no was 63 out of...

Since cic has stop charging cc, so we can say that there is some weight in overall cap reached news. I am a 31 dec applicant. Now if cap reached on 4th march, how much more time it take in getting back documents to other 30th and 31st dec applicants.
