We received Decision Made today! About a week ago the status was moved to "In Process" (March 20th), they stated "we starting processing your application March 17th". Then today I opened up my account to see if there was a DM and there was! I'm in shock still I think! Good luck to everyone...

Ok that's still helpful! I can put a realistic outlook on when they might mail out docs to us. So sometime in April hopefully! :)

I just had a "in process" update to my account last Friday March 20th, says "started processing your application March 17th". Do you have any estimates on how long it will be until I get a "DM" update?? I'm crossing fingers that it's really quick and the mail out happens soon.!

Does anyone know average times the application is listed as "in process" online before DM status is posted? thanks!

Hi I'm a July 2014 applicant, ugh going on 9 months of waiting for an "in process" message online. Do you know if they update the site everyday? Also, after you received DM how long did it take for your stuff to arrive in the mail? Congrats!!! I'm sure you've landed by now?

Does anyone know if they update the online accounts everyday as you receive "in process" or "decision made", or weekly on Tuesdays. I can't remember what or where I read something like that.

As a July applicant processing through Ottawa, this gives some hope. At least they started processing you, I guess I have to look toward end of March now.....waiting is horrible. The weeks are dragging on and on. It makes me want to stop checking online, but I do every day!

I'm totally with you in all this frustration! "application recieved" is starting to look like swear words. HA. :(BUT it WILL happen. I don't want to apply for my notes because I feel like it will do me no good to know what I already do, that they're not even looking at our application...

very good information! thank you. It's confusing to make sense of the timelines sometimes and what the trends really are. It makes sense that an influx would slow down the process for everyone. For me it's good to know it's normal to be waiting another month or so.

Oh no, mis-understood. I called the Case Processing Centre. I never tried to call Ottawa before. I thought if you called where you sent the paperwork first, they might help you by looking it up on their computer.
