    Ok the outland does sound like it would be the better route. When we apply, is the outland application package the only forms we need to fill out? Or would I also need to fill out Permanent Resident forms along with an extended stay application?

    I guess I'm worried about not being granted extended stay and having to go back to the US and then they won't let me come back to Canada. Is that even a possibility? Like I said it's vital that I'm able to be with my husband the entire time.
