Hello everyone, I know that in 2020, CIC release the "lottery" system for Parents Sponsorship Program and it stopped in 2021. Now there hasn't been any news regarding when the applications will be open again or any new updated system will be implemented. I tried googling the news everywhere...

I read on the CIC website and it said PR Card is not a valid ID card. And since they already ask for photocopies of biographical pages of passport already; I dont know if they will accept it as another piece of ID
