I called them but they replied that they cannot work on any PR or send passports please confirm if you have send passport through vfs

They asked to send it to candian embassy and by the way sending passports is not prohibited it just needs approvals that courier will get but just tell them that it is passports and that you need to send to government in Canada I don't this will make any problems Just let any friend in cananda...

Anyone know how long it takes to stamp passports and return back also if CPC Ottawa has phone number or any other way than email to communicate

Would you please share what is CPC Ottawa reply to this as I know that they are not working in Cairo and office is closed I have a friend in cananda and will send passports to him do you think this should make problems I called ups and they told me no problem to send passports through them...

Is there any way to contact CPC Ottawa asking them why they stopped sending PPR and when do we expect them . There must be explanation about this specially other offices like ND are working and people receives PPR

I think when you send it by email ,VO attach it to your file but you have to state all you info in the email meanwhile you are right that this is not granted as they didn't confirm receiving
