is this possible? unfortunately, these certificates were not available at the time of Full docs submission. Full docs + 2nd AOR happened in july 2010. the concerned Uni. is saying the Duplicate copy will be available in Oct. only. will the VO CHC ND accept it, in OCT., after 3 mths of 2nd...
