hey guys! anyone here got their documents back? i'm a Nov applicant, cap reached. Was told my docs were sent back last Feb. but haven't received them yet until now. signed up under CIC-Canadian Immigration Consultancy, (which i wish i didn't) and they told me that the return address was theirs...

that's good to know, i'm just concerned it might get lost along the way... another question, how long does it usually take before i get my files back? does it take 3 months from the time it was mailed back to us?

To all the people who received their files due to cap reached, did you also get your bank draft back? I'm just worried. I need my money back :)

hi.. Here in the Philippines there are different agencies that prioritize nurses' application to US such as IPAMS, ADEX, PassportUSA, Interstaff etc. You may google them online.. I haven't tried applying yet as they usually require nurses currently working in the hospital and I am not.

So I called UCI today (P: 16139444000) and spoke with one of the representatives. She didn't see my application in their system (My app was received last Nov 7). uh oh... just checked the cic.gc.ca website and NOC 3012 has a total of 469 complete applications received. My application just got delivered in Canada last Friday, 11/07/14. Can anyone tell me if there's still a chance that I can be included in the CAP? :-[
