No I didn’t get ghost update. But I called CIC after 20 days and agent confirmed that they have received medical results(this date was just 3rd day after test)and it will get updated. This happens in many cases, nothing to worry.

In my case it took 29 days, then it updated to passed.

What status you see in https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do ? Mine is "In Process" . Once It will become "Decision Made" then I think we can expect PPR email

I also got my status changed to completed in cst portal except citizenship ceremony on 14 August. Also “Decision made “ in ecas tool. How long it takes generally to get oath email?

Same I also haven’t received any update after prearrival issued on 6 July. There was a ghost update a week ago, but didn’t changed anything in gckey portal. One of my friend who applied after a week( around 30 March) received pre arrival letter today. Let’s see how it goes..
