We moved here in 2002 so I don't think residency requirements are an issue. But they were asked all kind of stuff they got fingerprints and they expired so they were asked fingerprints the following year again they were also asked 7 years of notice of assessment, transcript of children that...

No I wasn't RQ'ed myself but my file included my mom and my brother and they got RQ'ed but I separated my file from theirs so my test letter was for Sept 2nd

This is not the first time someone has said that. But its still weird because my brother wrote his test on the 23rd of this month but he was told he should expect a letter in 1-3 months.

I did my test sept 2 and applied in June 2011 still didn't get my oath so yes kinda hard to believe test takers from 2 weeks ago got oath letter

Could you please share your time line? When did you write the test? And when is your oath?

I don't really think there is any such thing or atleast anything I know of. We just have to rely on what other people tell us when there is their test and oaths.

Re: People who got fingerprint request! Well honestly it doesn't guarantee you anything my brother got fingerprinted in 2012 and they did nothing to his file so the fingerprints expired and he got fingerprinted again in 2013. His finger prints expired again but thank god they didn't ask for...

Well I think you should apply as soon as you are eligible. It doesn't matter how quick they start processing applications later they will clear the application they received first. And it also makes sense that the bill applies to all so you would benefit from new changes regardless.

Hey they are only up to Aug 18 as far as I know. Its twice as much to July test takers so about 12 weeks. I don't think yours would be anytime before Dec the earliest but the best guess would be January because Aug test takers are getting their oath in November. I am just relying on other forums...

Hey I am not sure how the 2 day address will affect your oath. But I can tell you it won't be any time soon since there are people who wrote their tests in Aug and they are still waiting for their oath. I myself wrote my test on Sept 02 and still haven't received anything. But as far as PR goes...

Hey My brother didn't pass the test on Sept 8. His retest is on Oct 24 so I am guessing maybe they are trying clear out old files first considering he applied in June 2011.
