My application received in April 2013, SVO received June 2013.MR requested September last 2014. They requested me PCC,RPRF, Background declaration form updated, current bank statement and assets, Job experience certificates, Job offer from Manitoba, Educational certificates and transcripts. Shafik

At last I got my PCC,RPRF,additional document request by mail but MR was by email. Shafikul

Yes, it’s mandatory. So far I know at the time of MR request RPRF, less than one year duration PCC and recent picture are needed. Let's see what happen and pray for each other. Thanks Shafik
