My friend ,i called cic and they told me that ottawa sent the email 20 days ago and he will inform them to resend it as you haven't received it What shall i do my friend?

But i would to ask if they might sent the email but i didn't receive it ?

Should i call cic or ottawa? And if they resend the emaik,they would give me another 30 days ?
