hey i requested them on 3rd November, 2014 for visa office change to Delhi. my representative said minimum 15 days but sometimes take more time not sure. good luck.

ya actually i didn't notify cic before that i got new passport, might have done that but thats ok they have requested a copy, hopefully they will send me PPR request soon after looking at the requested documents because my work permit is also till december. good luck to you aswell.
