Finally I was able to speak to call center agent, told me that my application is not closed yet but it shows that they have received the letter for withdrawing my application. Advised me to send a letter to explain why I am applying for the second time with my new application.

Another question I already sent the letter to cancel the application 40 days ago but it is still showing in process on the website. I tried to contact the call center but in avail, could not get hold of them always busy queue. What should I do. Thanks

I will diffidently send an explanation letter to explain the issue, however I want to make sure that re-applying is not going to cause any problem for me. I heard that the other option (Residence questionnaire )is time consuming and not very sure.
