Hi The File Number refers to your Application Number. Sometimes they will send this Form without an allocated space for File Number. Just write on the top of the form with your signature.

Yes Maam, this August ko lang nakuha..

As long na d pa lumalagpas sa processing time nila, d pa sila nag aacept ng inquiries regarding sa Application natin... nag aalala din naman kasi akong mangulit kasi nga baka lalo pang ma delay.

Kaya nga Maam dinadaan ko na lang sa ngiti ngitin tong kalituhan ko.. Nag email naman ako sa kanila para e update yung bagong passport ko kaso sabi nasa final stage na raw sila at di pa nila kailangan ng update, sila na mismo ang kokontak kung kinankainlangan.. sa ngayon antay na lang siguro...

Updated lagi sa email hanggang ngayon wala pa rin, sa ecas ganun din..
