This is just an assumption...when CAP is reached,they return the applications unopened.. In most of the current application that has been returned under 1123, they have opened it and due to incomplete application they are returning them back stating cap is filled as there is no point of sending...

Can you pls share with us the email you receive or the letter which stated that your application is being rejected after cc charged because CAP is filled. Please help us here as this will be the ultimate confirmation.

i don't think its due to CAP, if CIC charged ITSNS's application and then got rejected, that means there is something wrong with the application, if cap was filled then as per my knowledge they will not charge cc and return the application unopened. Seniors pls guide..

Congrats on you news...i tried to call CIC thru Hangout...but it asks me to invite CIC to join hangout first. How did you manage to call them via hangout..pls lemme knw. Thanks.
