Hi Guys, I got mail from CIC that my file is returned back because of capping reached. NOC 2173, app date 4th sept is returned back on 17th Nov because capping reached.

Hi, as of now 2172 is 134 only so there are fair chances if we apply for 2172 now. I am also a 4th sept 2173 applicant and thinking to apply for 2172 now with a fresh application. But we can not guarantee as no body knows how CIC update the caps data like for 2173, within 3 days it was updated...

i am 4th sept applicant for NOC 2173. As 2173 reached 1000 cap limit so i am thinking to send my fresh application for another NOC 2172 for which capping is only 134 as of now. What do you suggest ? should i wait for sometime to confirm if my app for NOC 2173 is in capping limit or go ahead...

How it is possible that NOC 2173 CAP increased by 301 in just 3 days............if we look at the speed since May 2014, average is 50 file per week but all of a sudden, CAPS reached from 699 to 1000. I am not able to understand this. can someone help me to on this. I am 4th sept NOC 2173 applicant
