in my opnion, your brother should complete his landing formalities first, get hold of PR card . As he had not added his wife in his intial application and getting visa means Decision made and case closed. So his wife need to apply in sponsered category which gonna take 1 to 1.5 years to get her...

if you are lucky u can expect MR within 30 days...otherwise 1-3 months average...but you will definately get one...congrats and all the best i am also 15 sept applicant..still no 2nd line update..hope mine is around the corner too.. 8)

even i havnt received any information regarding change in VO in my per ...the way NDVO have shown speed i really wish my VO to remain as NDVo ..not warsaw or columbo PS: no 2nd line update yet :-[
