I think your ECA report would not be come before Jan 2015. May come on start or mid of Jan 2015 because CES Holidays start from 22 Dec 2014 to 04 Jan 2015. They will resume their work from 05 Jan 2015. - RKBladeX

Sure. Have you contacted CES and what date they put your document in queue? I haven't contacted CES yet.

Hi, One thing to clear. The CIC Publish Count of 2171 is 348 which are not the current date count. These counts refer to June or July applications. Currently CIC evaluating application completeness check of Mid or end of July. These count reflect when application complete the completeness check...

One more thing to add WES process only some educational institutions or universities in Pakistan. Institutions list is available in WES Canada website. For those whos institution are not in the WES list can have only chance to go for ICAS or CES. - RKBladeX
