You might be reading the date format wrong - MM/DD would be the correct format i.e. 6/9/14. whereas sep 6 would be like 9/6/14.

My friend's App was received on Aug 21 and his CC was charged on Nov 22nd. He still didn't receive his PER email. Any thoughts why the delay ? His NOC is 2281, NDVO.

I had sent my app via DHL and I saw that my tracking details didn't mention the name of the person who received it. I had to DHL on their customer care number and find out who signed it. Don't worry, it's just normal with DHL, they are this weird in a way. Regards, krayudu
