I suggest a two options 1. You can mail a letter to the following address that I got from the call agent: Cic-Sydney PO box 12000 Sydney NS b1p 7c2, case processing centre, citizenship department. This is what I did when they could not find my application but I am not sure if that do the trick...

Ok just called CIC, the agent told me that my application is in process and I should receive the AOR next week. I don't know if it's because I bugged them allot last week but I am glad it is resolved. Try to call them again and see if they have an update.

No, I sent a letter with proof of delivery to Nova Scotia with explanation that my application was received on July 25th and that there is no record of it.... Hope it will help I would appreciate if you can update me if you get a response. Good luck
