Update I got email today for medical and PCC request from ottawa .... hopefully, you guys will get this week as yours timeline is same as mine. Can anybody who already did their parents medical guide me where ( new delhi or ottawa) should my parents send medical reports.In a email it says...

I didn't submitted any marriage certificate or affidavit when cic ask for additional documents .I think i will be asked to submit at the time of medical request. can anybody help me with the format of affidavit for marriage certificate of parents

I have same timeline and situation.I am also trying to get affidavit for my parents .....I think we should wait till we get request.

I read in some previous thread CIC ask for affidavits with medical request...again, they still has to approve file from parent side too.
