    I hope this helps other people here waiting for their PR Cards I know that the current wait times on CIC website is 80 days for one to receive a PR Card. However from my own personal experience its actually 90 days. I arrived on the 29th of May but only got my PR Card today which is 27-August...

    30 days and the only other requirement is for passport sized photos.

    I don't think it will be a problem but in the event that your picture is lost(highly unlikely ) the VO will not be able to match it to your passport.

    30 days. But if you cannot make it in 30 days and you have a valid reason the VO will give you an extension. However your visa will expire on the day you took your meds so you have to submit and enter Canada before then.

    I paid mine by debit card in the UK and printed off the receipt and couriered it to LVO via my representatives.

    Probability to get Ner is very slim. I haven't done the maths but from reading the forum I think 99% of applicants get Per after CC charge. Therefore your chances of also getting Per are high.
