I did the same processing like last year for my open permit application. The medical they require is the copy if uour medical when you had your request for medical for PR. Unless there's another way that i dont know.... But just incase let me know if im wrong. Thanks :)

If you wont mind, when did you apply for PR at CIO? In my case when i applied last year the only thing that i attached was the nomination cert and medical. Now my Open Permit will expire this June i did create an application online and the things they asked me to submit are: picture, passport...

Hi if you had your medical already that would be one of the attachmnt they will require... They're not asking a letter... Thats just in my case though...
