How do you know you are not eligible for Masters? Did you try applying for any University? As far as I know, Canadian univ.s do not insist on 16-year education, unlike the US.

Thank you MNM2014 and inderchanna. What I wanted to know further is: 1. Will they mention on my study permit that I have opted for funding by a bank or that my tuition fee should be paid by my bank, etc.? 2. I know the college will be least intersted in who's paying as long as they are paying...
