We shud contact human rights of canada and media for unfair practice of NDVO. Its highly going into my nerves how ridiculous it is... just for a 1 day work of remedical assessment, they delayed us for 3 months n even longer. What d hell they guys are planning.

What you think they dont know how badly theyare torturing 2013 applicants as if we all did some crime that our medical expired. Really cursing them every passing day the way they are treating us is really nt fair. Even god is partial. can't he see whom to give preference 2014 or 2013 applicants.

Canada govt is all concerned about filling their accounts with money coming from student visas. They just have no clue how badly they guys are ruining our lives. For them parents and spouse are just liability. It feels medical expiration is a bigger crime than murder.

Why a normal applicant with medical validity takes 7 days for background check after IP to DM and a remedical applicant takes 60 to 90 days for background check when everyone do remedical in span of just 7 days after receiving their email. How unfair it is.

Hope so I am really soo disappointed feel like nobody cares for how badly husbands wives are suffering because of this. I wish these immigration people see this forum and realise how badly they are harassing us.

I have done MP enquiry and he said it sounds they start the process in January 2015. I got shocked.. took out all my frustration on MP after reading his reply. I am completely out of my mind now. Since july my file is in process after remedical. It seems their quota for 2014 intake is over now.

Who knows that they even delay further taking this as reason because even if any insect enter into their office they delay the process. I wish one fine day they open this forum and see how badly they are torturing us.

You dont need to tell them the reason why you want PCC. Apply online for PCC and straightaway go and take the PCC. I haven't added name of my spouse and straightaway took the PCC. Adding name is a long process.

Really they have exceeded all limits of patience. My god how can they take our lives in such a granted way. Why dont we all remedical applicant go and sit on hunger strike in front of their office. Becoz they left us with no other work then wait desperately for status change. God mercy please.. :(

Really fed up with this wait. They stopped doing anything in any file. since 2 weeks no major update. What they want and what god want I really dont know just cry on my luck. Everyday starts with hope and end with disappointment. This wait is literally killing us. Any re-medical got any update?
