My problem is that I do ONLY TA in the Fall/winter (No RA) And ONLY RA in the summer (NO TA) This is what HR letter says. So by this I will never have a CONTINUOUS year in any of them. Does anybody had similar situation before?

I got an ECA from PEBC for 50 CAD. I am not including the NOC for pharmacist (3131). I will only include 4012 NOC....will that ECA work? I have done the Evaluating Exam only.

Hi Erfan1985, Where did you get your ECA report from? I am a pharmacist and applying in the PhD stream. Do you know if I can get my ECA report from the PEBC (Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada)? Note: PEBC do it for people applying as pharmacits (NOC 3131).

I can get a letter from my supervisor saying the hours of RA (33 hrs/week in the summer and 20 hours in the fall and winter) + a letter from the prof I was doing TA with (12 hrs/week in the fall and winter). Do you think that will be enough WITHOUT HR letter????

So you think My supervisor shouldn't mention work hours in the letter? Do you think 4months RA and 8 months TA (for 2 years) will work? NB. Neither TA nor RA was continous all the year.

A question for the seniors in this forum. Does working as TA for 8 months and RA for 4 months for 2 years can be used as 1 year work experience. None of these jobs is done continuously all the year. But the combined hours of both TA and RA are sufficient for 1 year experience. What do you think?
