Why do you create threads for every question you have? One thread and ask all questions there. Anyhow, depends on the country, education board. Most countries call Grade 10 as Secondary Certificate. Check your transcript for grade 10.

I just checked my scans, and by mistake I put x2 for each applicant over 22 years of age, when I should have put x1 there and x1 for under 22. Total fees should have been $1,250. How do I get the fee refunded? I feel like an idiot. :( Doesn't CIC check before processing fees?

Now that you mention it, you are right. Didn't realize this earlier.. Charge shows up as $1,650 and for CITIZENSHIP & IMMI. I am now worried that this could be a fraudulent charge.

Only your Immigratnt Visa will work. But you will have to carry your COPR anyhow, so might as well show them that :)

You will have to apply for BOWP via the paper application and hope that your AOR arrives earlier than most. My CC got charged after 20 days, but no AOR yet. You have definitely left it till the very end to apply under CEC. You might not have been eligible earlier. :-\ In any case, you will...

My application was received at CIC on the 4th of July.

Well well well! What a pleasant surprise! Just got a notification that a charge of $1,650 was made on my credit card. That is for three applicants on my applications. Wait for the actual AOR begins!
