First TCS is going to call to phone number which you have already provided in their slip, and they will bring it to person whom you have authorized, you wont collect from the office.

Open TCS website and check every single tracking number in it and see their details (name, location etc ..) When you find your name then it is your package waiting at TCS office.

It is IME number on medical information sheet, tell your spouse to go back to doctor and ask for confirmation, once he receive you will find all the details and you can send scan copy of it to your MP.
