@Kaliswaran Thanks for the update here. Do you mean you got the document translated fully in English? Or did you submit a copy of the bilingual birth certificate from Tamil Nadu government which has the "Translated Version" text in the title? If it's the latter did you include an explanation...

I agree with the above estimate. My PCC application reached FBI on Oct 23, 2014, the drafts were cashed on Jan 16, 2015 and the PCC's were received on Feb 17, 2015. So from the date of charge, I would give another 30 days.

I think the latest PPR reported in the spreadsheet is July 24 from an applicant in USA. But there are still some June applicants waiting for PPR.

A decision made before MR is not a good sign and its totally strange that you haven't received any emails from visa office. You could order GCMS notes (would take 30 days) to know what exactly went wrong.
