it takes credit card company 2 days to show the transaction as complete. Nothing to worry. Your credit card has been charged. If you want to be satisfied just call your credit card company and validate the charge. CONGRATS:)

Yes, all applications being returned (even due to CAP reach) are provided with UCI number.

don't know about your first question, I am waiting for MR, PER 22nd Oct. PCC from Indian embassy will be on the same day. Takes around 2-3 hours. That's it!
