Called CIC today, they confirmed passport had been sent out yesterday but for some reason Canada Post has not activated the tracker. Passport received by CIC at 10 am on Sep 25.

That should be the normal speed. CIC got my GF's passport on Sep 25th 10 am but the return tracker has not been activated yet... We are leaving Canada this Saturday, hope passport be returned in this week!

Most people get it in 2 days after showing Complete. But for two cases in Calgary which I am one of two, we got it after 11 days after they sent it. Anyways, it was sent from NS by lettermail so I think 11 days are normal speed.

ECAS doesn't show IP for my card... Landed Aug 9... Booked vacation for Oct 11, Hope to get it before vacation otherwise I can't leave Canada :-[

I landed at Carway on Saturday too! When you exit Canada and enter US customs, US gives you a refusal to enter US and you bring it back to Canada. Does anyone know in the future US visa application, this refusal plays any negative role?
