Why they never have accurate responses? At the same time they come up with several different answers. "sent over the weekend", "is yet to be sent", "was already sent", "sent aroung Fev 3". Just wanted to know the date it was really mailed out and expect the package to be arrived at correct date...

They are crystal clear in the guidelines when they state their requirements for background checks. FBI is sufficient for those who lived in USA. If they decide to start requiring state PCC from all applicants...man, I dont want to even think about. How about thousand others who got their visa...

As per CIC guidelines, only FBI is sufficient.
