Thanks for the response. I don't drive, that's my problem. I can do inland landing at any local CIC office but can't wait for a month. I am already in implied status and want to get my OHIP as soon as possible. I am comfortable to do landing in Rainbow only, If i can take stroller.

I got my PPR on 21st Dec and I have sent my passport for Stamping. Meantime, i was thinking about my landing. I am planning to complete my landing at Rainbow bridge, Niagara. I don't have US Visa so I have to do flagpoling. I have a six month old baby and I have to take the stroller with me...

Don't believe those dates on your GCMS note. In my case, i saw a Deadline date on my first GCMS note nut nothing happened by that date. Then i applied for another GCMS and found no deadline date. It was removed by CIC. I don't know about the file group. I don't know where can i find that.

That's strange. Why is it taking so long after decision made? have you talked to call center? Is your application approved?

Got Decision made on 5th Dec after 18 months of long wait. How many more months to wait for PPR?? what's wrong with CIC??? So frustrating >:(

I contacted today morning. The agent said everything is good on my application but CIC haven't prepared my letter yet. She said I may may get the letter from CIC any time. Glad to hear that! But it's Nearly 10 days, CIC has no time to prepare a letter. Waiting...waiting :-X

It's not a problem, if you are going to apply for BOWP based on your AOR. But not sure about closed WP. You may have to consult a lawyer.

Country of Issue should be India as your passport is belong to India not Canada. In case if the Form asks Place of Issue, then it should be Toronto.
