    You will need new PCC as you will be visiting after PCC is Issued. It would be nice if you apply for PCC after you are back but you can always get one from your Home Country while you are visiting but make sure you apply for it when you are few days away from your departure to Canada

    I guess that's a mistake, should have been 422. If it is 423, than what is the purpose of having "CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited" i.e. CRS Cut-off?

    I doubt they will change the example for each and every draw. If your CRS is above or below the Cut-off, tie-breaking rule is NOT applicable Tie breaking, name itself is self-explaining. Applicable only if your CRS = Cut-off CRS
