PPR will require you to send passports to this 365....address at a later stage. Both are the same I believe. Dont worry :) My return tracking of passports activated. Expecting passports back in 2 days!!!

UPS is fastest to CIO. None of them are even close when delivering it to Sydney. To all CPC-Ottawa applicants from USA: Use DHL online account. Its 35$ for next day delivery. The cheapest and best option. I have used twice already for sending fbi report and other docs.

Heads up for 20 may applicants: My friends app was received at CIO on 20th May. He said his CC was charged today!

When was it delivered? Have they charged your payment? If not your application was probably returned and its on your way.

You can actually, based on ur ECAS status. Now that you also got PER, it should show you. If it states that your application was received in May...you may choose to withdraw your second and avoid processing fee.

That explains your timeline. May be CIC is processing your first sent application and not the one you sent in July. that is the only possible way I could think of. when did you first sent your application (exact date)?

You cannot use fbi channelers. It should be submitted directly to FBI. Digital fingerprints are not accepted.
