They certainly do verify your experience. They might contact your employer by calling or even personal visit: if needed. I guess this verification is done by third-party.

Considering this fact, i have very very low chance but only hope for me to get a nomination certificate, of which, only 3 or 4 provinces could possibly give to someone without a valid job offer.
