Thanks for ur response,Dear yes i was talking about MPNP application submission,I have a sponsor from winnipeg but he had already sponsored his real brother under MPNP,i want to make it clear that either my sponsor can sponsor me as a 2nd applicant under general stream or not.... . . thanks
