Everybody I know got their passport back in 10 to 12 days!!! Almost 13 days now.... No passport back yet... I guess they wanna do same thing as they did with ours files .... Toooo damm slow.. ;)

Yes I did. Tell them that i emailed them but there is no reply till date and I know average time is 15 to 17 months but when some body already paid landing fee almost 5 months ago he or she should get ppr. I remember a year ago applicants were getting their pprs in between 4 months after...

You should present your case as its different and that there has been a unusual delay, thn only they gonna treat ur case. If they think its normal, they will ask u to wait.
