My citizenship tracker was last updated on Jan 6th 2022 and says my oath is due on Jan 31st 2022. In the same update they are saying a notice has been sent to you mentioning instructions for oath day. How will that notice arrive? Email or Postal mail? And by when can I expect that...

Received passports and COPR today. 4 working days it took for NDVO to do that.

No harm trying for jobs without landing. But chances are far better if u start hunting after landing. A local contact number and availability for face to face interview matters a lot to employers. your call.

So suppose if one has not opted for VFS's SMS updates facility, based on the above mentioned status message when should one go to collect the passport? Will there be another status update after this saying something like.. "Passports have arrived" ?? Which give a clear indication that passport...

Dont be pessimistic :) 4th line decision made means good news. you'll get PPR email in next 4-5 working days. Start packing :)

So what will the tracking msg display? Something like.. "Passports have reached CVAC office" ?

When passport reaches back to VFS office, what will be the tracking page status msg displaying? I'll take that as intimation to visit VFS office and collect passports. Or does the VFS anyhow calls or sends a msg/email to inform us to come collect stamped passports?

I dont think so. But send them a xerox of old passport and expain in a letter ur situation.. why u got a new passport

Better if processing time increases for some additional info you provide... rather than your VO increasing it by pointing out about damaged page. Proactive effort is always appreciated and never punished. Get your passport renewed and the renewal process hardly takes 10 working days these days...

Why dont you pay RPRF by credit card and send them the confirmation receipt. There is a CIC weblink which will lead you to the payment page. Search within this forum and you will find the link for sure. This is a much more convenient method used by most to make payments.

Are you sure visa expiry date will be 1 year from medicals date? Medicals date of primary applicant or of last member of the family? Like my new born kid underwent medicals in May 2015 so visa expiry for all of us will be May 2016?
