    It is likely that your app will get routed to a different VO. NDVO doesn't believe in sending AORs. But several others do. So you may or may not get one.     You should bring this detail to your VO's attention. I don't think that this incident will hurt your application in anyway. It will probably get picked up during various checks that are carried out as part of the process. But as long as you beat the VO to the punch...by coming forward.
