I sent them case specific enquiry. Don't worry you will also get it in a day or two. Upon searching this forum, I had seen people receiving BIL by 2 week after paying, if they miss paying while submitting the application. So you will receive soon.

Today, finally received BIL.

I have not emailed them, as still it is well within processing time. I believe it might take a week or two to receive BIL.

Our application timeline is similar to yours. Paid for biometric last week after receiving payment instruction and applied to Abu Dhabi VO. I believe our updates will beneficial to both of us. So, please let me know if there is any updates on your application. I will do same. Thanks!!

Thanks! I was also suspecting this. But receiving payment instruction for biometric 15 days after submission of application made me think otherwise.
