I agree with you, CIC call center agents sometimes forget that they are speaking to their customers.........forget the fact that their bread and butter comes from our hard earned money in the form of taxes. Not all agents are bad, few months back I spoke to a lady, she was real angel helped me...

Not so fast.............. LOT is not a key factor when calling for test, we have several people here from Jan/Feb still waiting for their test.

Funke, 2.5month wait time after test, Calgary office again proved to be the most "inefficient" office in Canada. ???

wsm_al, a.R. is right, all eyes on you.......call CIC and ask them to specifically look at your file movement if anybody started working on it at Calgary. based on what others reported last week you are 10days away from one of them, so you might be next...unless they pick my file...

You are wrong, Let me correct you that........so far most of 2013 didn't receive Test notification........not sure what August changes(recent changes as part of citizenship act) effected....per my observation no one reported test notification in past few months.

Folks, Something terribly wrong with Calgary office, all other offices improving pretty fast, while eastern provinces are completing the process in 7months for testing, and Edmonton and BC offices are doing great, the Only and our unlucky/inefficient office is going backwards.....soon it...
