if u wanna join university u have to score ielts 6.5 overall with no less than 6. Becoz university dont allow with 5.5 in one.?? so go ahead with college only and select best course which links ur field.....

She/He may have many options like... 1) May contact college and ask them weather they accept him/her for late entry if so ask for permission letter. 2) May contact CIC to expedite application processing. 3) Wait....Wait....Wait.....& Hope....Hope.....Hope

Dude the copy u received by mail was softcopy for to file study permit. While u recieved your hardcopy so now onwards u may have to use hardcopy only

One cant say it slowest but dont care much for there applications...
