I'm sure that we should begin to get some fillers before April ends, atleast some signs that the NSOI is alive :D...they have in recent times been changing a few details on thier website...best to just remove one's mind.

@hisaca, you are correct and the NSOI has also put that into very great consideration, hence the involvement of the CIC in the whole process. Your settlement plan at best can say a little about your immigration intentions vis a vis the nominating province, but even that can be doctored. Further...

@marlone29. Yes you do need to complete the Schedule 4 Economic Classes form as if you have been nominated by the NSOI. But you are required to submit only a copy of that form now. The original would be submitted to CIC along with other forms when you are actually nominated by NSOI, but then...

@Poklink, you are correct. Applications are considered by consular officer on a point based system according to documentation submitted for each required criteria...economic, background, education...etc. That way consular's decision could be adjudged as fair.
