CIC will accept a maximum of 12,000 new, complete applications under the Canadian Experience Class From November 9, 2013 to October 31, 2014. 1. Is this number same every year? 2. Does it mean next "year" for them will start on October 31, 2014 with new 12,000? Thank you!
