hi tynoxes, i think cic will accept that! i got medical request last march 31. i did my physical & x-ray april 6 & april 7 may lab test. they also give me 30 days. its state in the letter, if u failure to send the requested document, you have to explain to them which did already.did u try...

good news guys!!! somebody posted in fb page...october 22 applicant got AIP & DM today. another one is december 03 applicant got AIP today. seems like cic is working fast now!congratulations!!!

this is really disappointing to all applicants who are out of status. however, it says if u apply inland, " there is no requirements to have a legal status ". What they gonna do with all out of status applicants? issue an open permit after AIP?

we filled some form like " present " after validating it and it worked out.

i remember my employer put my name in an open lmo last year and it took 15 days...

hi, you can send the open permit after the first stage of approval (AIP) not after the AOR...
