No email from VO that they received the medical results but there was a line added on my ECAS that medical results have been received. But the status is still in process.

The email I received indicated to bring the MR email and here in Manila specifically St. Lukes it is a requirement before you can do a medical exam. I am not sure with the other clinic if they allow having medical exam without the MR from the VO.

You cannot have your medicals unless you have the MR email that your VO sent to you. You will need to bring that when you do your medical tests. Each one of you has his/her own medical request.

CIC received our papers last October 9, 2015. It took 3 months before they sent the AOR and UCI #.

Hi Joy, I sent my papers to CIC last October 2015 and I received my UCI# this January. I believe it takes 3-4 months for them to send an email for your UCI. I just don't know how long it will take before they send medical request.

Hi joy15, You have to request for a bank draft and not manager's check. Bank draft will be issued in Canadian dollars. It has 6 months validity.
